Hey, I'm Vivian.
I'm Vivian Elecha, a documentary photographer based in Nigeria, where I capture the essence of cultural and social narratives. I showcase my passion for storytelling through imagery, focusing on portraits, documentary-style photography, and film production. I draw on my experience in documentary and commercial shoots, including projects with USAID and Slum2schoolafrica. My journey has led me to remote areas, where I document people's lives, communities and cultures.
My goal with photography is to capture that feeling of exploring a new place for the very first time — freezing it to be shared and re-lived over and over again.
